About The Role
We are looking for a visionary
Sourcing Manager to spearhead our top-of-funnel talent acquisition strategy from our Pasig location. You will be responsible for defining how we identify, engage, and build pipelines of passive talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles. By leading a team of sourcers and leveraging cutting-edge sourcing tools, market intelligence, and data, you will ensure our recruitment engine is always fueled with high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative, data-driven candidate sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of Sourcing Specialists to meet and exceed pipeline targets.
- Analyze market trends, talent landscapes, and competitor intelligence to optimize sourcing efforts.
- Oversee the management of talent pools and CRM systems to maintain long-term candidate relationships.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sourcing team and regularly report on pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Solid experience as a Sourcing Manager, Lead Sourcer, or Senior Recruitment Professional specializing in passive candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated success leading and mentoring a team of sourcers or recruiters.
- Expert-level knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-raying, social sourcing, AI tools).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable sourcing insights.
- Willingness to work a standard morning shift, Monday to Friday, onsite in Pasig.
