Sourcing Consultant

We are looking for a Project-Based Sourcing Consultant to support our recruitment team in delivering timely and high-quality talent for various hiring projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are starting their recruitment career and are eager to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment
• Fresh graduates with internship or on-the-job training experience in recruitment or HR are also welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable engaging candidates via calls, email, and messaging platforms
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, project-based environment
