You own end-to-end supplier management and procurement operations for raw materials, packaging, and labeling, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.

Your role includes monitoring Prop 65 compliance, troubleshooting supplier issues, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate supplier records and performance data.

This position operates within structured workflows, including monthly vendor meetings, performance tracking, lead time analysis, and contract enforcement. It's ideal for professionals who thrive in compliance-heavy environments, enjoy problem-solving, and can manage large supplier networks with precision and accountability.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3–5+ years in procurement, supplier management, or compliance, preferably in CPG, nutraceutical, herbal/botanical, food, or pharma industries
• Experience managing 50+ vendors across raw materials, packaging, and labels
• Strong knowledge of Prop 65 compliance and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, procurement dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets analysis
• Ability to coordinate across regulatory, QA, and supply chain teams
• Comfortable with WFH schedule aligned to 9PM–6AM PH Time

Supplier Compliance & Troubleshooting

You own the regulatory integrity of the supply chain, ensuring every ingredient and package meets safety standards.

• Execute monthly meetings with 60+ raw material and packaging suppliers to monitor Prop 65 compliance
• Troubleshoot non-compliance issues at the Purchase Order (PO) level to prevent supply chain disruptions
• Ensure all vendor actions adhere to established site protocols and safety standards

Procurement & Contract Management

You own the financial and contractual health of supplier relationships to ensure long-term stability.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with new and existing suppliers to manage spend effectively
• Source and vet new ingredient and packaging suppliers to strengthen the vendor pool
• Monitor price increases and enforce contract terms to protect company margins

Performance Analytics

You own the data that drives supply chain predictability and operational readiness.

• Conduct monthly vendor performance reviews based on objective delivery metrics
• Track and analyze actual lead times to refine procurement scheduling and inventory accuracy
• Maintain accurate supplier records and performance dashboards within the ERP system
