Job Description

Inbound, manage transmittals, reconcile parcels, and manage unloading of trucks
Inventory, manage parcels inside warehouse locations, reconcile missing parcels, and facilitate cycle counting
Outbound, manage relabelling, TO processing, reconciling of handed over parcels, and facilitate handover of parcels to MFM

Ensure that all warehouse parcels are dispatched according to the given SOPand KPIs
Collaborate closely with MFM and SOC for parcel receiving and handover
Work closely with MFM Ops team on timely handover of Outbound parcels
Work closely with SOC Ops team on timely arrival of Inbound Parcels
Participate in the development and implementation process strategies and tactical execution
Assess manpower needs and work will support team for proper allocation
Provide guidance to Cache Warehouse Team and provide necessary guidance and trainings for growth

Requirements

Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate of Industrial/Management Engineering or any related field
With at least two years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fields
Must be keen to details and data management
Highly knowledgeable in warehouse management processes
Knowledgeable in using process improvement tools
Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications
With good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
