Job Description
Maintenance Planning:
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans for sorting machines.
Analyze machine performance data to identify areas for improvement and prioritize maintenance tasks.
Compliance And Safety
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Implement and promote best practices for safe operation and maintenance of sorting machines.
Scheduling And Coordination
Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to minimize disruptions.
Ensure availability of necessary parts, tools, and resources for maintenance tasks.
Spare Parts And Tool Monitoring
Overseeing Withdrawal of tools and spareparts.
Inspection And Troubleshooting
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics of sorting machines to identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
Documentation And Reporting
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.Prepare reports on maintenance issues, downtime, and corrective actions taken.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze maintenance processes and suggest improvements to enhance machine reliability and performance.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and maintenance techniques.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum [5] years of experience working with PLC systems in an industrial setting.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets to generate reports, maintenance logs, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
