SALES SPECIALIST
Secure revenue by generating leads, converting them to sales, and building on the organization's client portfolio in a sustainable and strategically aligned manner.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or any similar course. MBAs are also preferred.
- Solid experience in prospecting, lead generation and opportunity development.
- Candidate must possess at least 7 years of work-related experience in sales for the IT services in any of these focus industries -- Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare
- Preferably with experience in selling digital IT transformation services such as systems modernization, integration, software testing, cloud services, data services, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and intelligent business automation, etc.
- Demonstrates understanding of business challenges and technology trends for the focus industries.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Candidate must display consultative selling skills and track record in engaging conversations with C-level / executive decision makers to surface problem points , explain the art of possible solutions, and to surface opportunities.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance measured against revenue, customer satisfaction, and organizational health metrics.
- Candidate must possess advanced skills in negotiation and client relationship management
