The Solutions Engineer leads engagements with new customers and drives better usage from existing customers. The mindset of the Solutions Engineer is resolutely towards pragmatic executions (where can we get quick ROI) with a long-term view to drive automation at scale.
The Solution Engineer will recommend how customers should deploy Talkpush and minimize the usual ambiguities associated with enterprise-level implementations. By accelerating the value achieved from the use of Talkpush products and services, he will set the foundation for a long partnership with customers. The Solutions Engineer will be part of the Sales team and will navigate technical discussions with prospective customers, shortening the sales cycle by building trust in our technical expertise.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Define specifications & workflows while rolling out Talkpush solutions for new customers
- Plan and execute implementation projects for new customers, with the support of the Account Manager and technical teams
- Establish clear expectations on how to work and operate with Talkpush
- Conduct comprehensive audits of bot interactions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Spearhead quality assurance tests on bot functionality, responsiveness, and efficiency.
- Scope and coordinate with client teams for external systems integrations
- Design and iterate constant improvements to the new customer onboarding journey, writing specifications for engineers, managing copywriters, and testing effectiveness through cohort analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our recruitment bots remain at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Provide insights into product development based on market needs and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in enterprise software)
- Strong technical aptitude. At home in the world of custom builds, integrations, and configurations with a solution-oriented attitude
- Background in industrial engineering is ideal, but not required
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in workflow mapping tools, such as LucidChart welcome
- Experience handling multiple complex rollouts and leading cross-functional project teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build consensus between teams
- Proficient in Process Mapping tools (such as Visio, Lucidcharts, etc.)
- Results-oriented. Can detect false positives quickly and look for the data that matters.
- Anticipate potential pitfalls in a new environment. Courageous (and tactful) while addressing those upfront.
- Remote experience welcome. Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
