Role and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

1. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Translate client needs into tailored solutions using Samsung's ecosystem (mobility, display, hospitality, HVAC, Knox, SmartThings/SmartThings Pro, LED, kiosks, etc.)
  • Build end-to-end solution architectures combining hardware, software, connectivity, and integrations
  • Evaluate client environments and recommend suitable product combinations
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Samsung global standards

2. Pre-Sales Technical Support

  • Join client discovery calls, technical discussions, and site inspections
  • Provide technical clarification during meetings and presentations
  • Support sales/KAMs with proposals, RFP responses, and solution diagrams
  • Conduct product demos and technical walk-throughs

3. Proposal & Documentation Development

  • Create detailed solution blueprints, technical documents, and commercial proposals
  • Prepare user journey maps, solution diagrams, network layouts, and integration flows
  • Maintain solution templates and architecture playbooks

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with KAMs, Marketing, Product Managers, R&D, HQ specialists, and global teams
  • Coordinate with ecosystem partners (software, IoT, SIs, HVAC partners)
  • Help build vertical-specific packaged solutions such as Smart Hospitality, Smart Education, Smart Property Developer, Smart Retail

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with Samsung roadmaps, new products, firmware updates
  • Research emerging tech such as AI, IoT, sensors, digital twins
  • Recommend new solution bundles for competitive differentiation
  • Benchmark competitor offerings

6. Thought Leadership & Training

  • Train KAMs and internal teams on solution capabilities
  • Help develop demo content for the One Samsung Experience Showroom
  • Support marketing with technical inputs for campaigns and events

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of IoT, networking, APIs, cloud, device management
  • Experience with enterprise technologies (MDM/EMM, CMS platforms, IoT platforms)
  • Familiarity with Knox Suite, SmartThings, and B2B displays is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 6-8 years experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting
  • Background in tech, IoT, telco, system integration, or enterprise projects preferred

Must be willing to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig
