Solutions Architect

Job Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for understanding client requirements and designing technology solutions that meet their business needs. This role works closely with clients, the sales team, business analysts, project managers, and developers to recommend the best solution, prepare technical designs, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
• Analyze requirements and recommend the most suitable technology solution.
• Design system architecture and prepare technical solution documents.
• Work with developers and project teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales activities, including proposals and presentations.
• Estimate project scope, effort, and technical risks.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Stay updated on new technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in a technology, software development, or IT services company.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise, cloud, web, or custom software solutions.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or custom software solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals and solution presentations.
