About the Role
You are an architect who works across the full solution lifecycle from understanding business problems to designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You bring deep expertise in cloud architecture combined with strong capabilities across AI/GenAI and/or Data Architecture. You are equally comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders as you are leading deep technical design discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end architecture for AI and data-intensive enterprise solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Lead architecture design sessions and present solutions to stakeholders across technical and business levels
- Define non-functional requirements (availability, performance, security, compliance, cost) as core design inputs
- Drive architectural trade-offs and decision-making under constraints, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Lead or support pre-sales engagements including solution shaping, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Own architectural integrity across delivery, ensuring solutions are built as designed
- Develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and accelerators
- Support or lead effort estimation, identifying risks and defining delivery assumptions
- Mentor engineers and junior architects, elevating architecture capability across teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on architecture and technology decisions
Qualifications
- 1015+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, or distributed systems
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Hands-on implementation background with real-world systems at scale
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions
- Exposure to pre-sales, consulting, or client-facing roles is advantageous
- Experience in regulated industries such as BFSI, Telco, or Healthcare is preferred
- For senior candidates: experience leading multi-workstream programs and governing architecture across engagements

- Experience with compute, storage, networking, security, and observability
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and multi-environment deployments
- Understanding of multi-account and multi-region architecture
- Multi-cloud awareness is a plus
- Specialization Deep in One or More Areas
- AI: model serving, fine-tuning pipelines, inference optimization, evaluation frameworks
- GenAI / Agentic AI: multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, memory/context handling, governance
- Data Architecture: data platforms, pipelines (batch & real-time), governance, lineage, storage systems
- For senior candidates: ability to connect AI, data, and cloud into enterprise-scale solutions
