Role Description

As a Solutions Architect of the SAP Transformation Competency Center at Federal Land Inc. and its Subsidiaries, you will be responsible for defining solution designs and technical architecture for one or more SAP workstreams. Depending on assignment, you may handle:

C2C (Customer-to-Cash)- Residential sales, leasing, billing, receivables, and customer lifecycle management

P2R (Plan-to-Report)- Financial planning, budgeting, controlling, and reporting

B2A (Build-to-Asset) - Project systems, real estate development, asset capitalization, and lifecycle management

The role requires deep SAP technical expertise, integration design, and consulting leadership to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant with governance standards, while supporting real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, PMP, Digital Innovation certification) preferred.

At least 710 years of SAP solution design experience, with proven work in one or more streams (C2C, P2R, B2A)

Experience in RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, PS, and integration with external systems

Consulting experience in ERP transformations, ideally in real estate or asset management

• Strong background in solution governance and integration projects
