About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will shape the technical backbone of enterprise transformation initiatives, translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready systems. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution-driving architecture decisions that influence performance, resilience, and long-term growth. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to design solutions that elevate both operational capability and global competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade or cloud-based solutions
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of architecture patterns including microservices, APIs, event-driven, and distributed systems
- Experience with system integration, data flows, and middleware technologies
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, and cost optimization
- Understanding of security, compliance, and risk management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable and secure technical designs
- Define architecture blueprints, solution diagrams, and integration patterns
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools aligned with IT strategy
- Assess trade-offs between build vs buy and cloud vs on-premise vs hybrid approaches
- Define integration strategies across APIs, microservices, middleware, and data flows
- Ensure interoperability across systems, platforms, and third-party services
- Design reliable and high-performance system interactions and data flows
- Enforce adherence to architecture standards, security policies, and best practices
- Review solution designs and guide development teams on architectural direction
- Identify and mitigate architectural and technical risks
- Provide technical leadership across design, build, test, and deployment phases
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
- Design cloud-native or cloud-optimized solutions ensuring scalability and resilience
- Produce architecture documentation including diagrams and decision records
- Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Present architecture proposals and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide architectural input during planning
- Align technical solutions with business priorities and delivery timelines
