About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to design and develop secure, scalable, and effective end-to-end technology solutions that address customer business and technical requirements.

The role involves collaborating with clients, Sales teams, and technology partners to understand business needs, develop appropriate solutions, and support technical consulting, solution design, demonstrations, proposals, and pre-sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements by engaging with clients and stakeholders to identify business needs, technical challenges, and project objectives, and translate these into effective technology solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions across cybersecurity, cloud, network, infrastructure, and enterprise applications, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Develop technical solutions and documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical proposals, solution designs, bills of materials, and implementation approaches.
• Support pre-sales and customer engagements through technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, POCs, and collaboration with the Sales team in developing solutions for customer opportunities.
• Evaluate and integrate technologies by working with technology vendors and partners, assessing product fit, and designing integrations across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and data sources.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and handover, while analyzing existing environments, recommending improvements, resolving technical issues, and staying current with emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Systems Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a similar role, with experience across cybersecurity, cloud, network and infrastructure technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, and effective technical solutions, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and confidently participate in technical discussions, workshops, and presentations.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, is highly preferred.
