Role Description The Senior Solutions Architect is a project-based, hybrid role based in Central Luzon, Philippines, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end technical solutions that align with client business goals, including architecture blueprints, system components, integration patterns, and scalability strategies. The Senior Solutions Architect collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, advise on technology choices, and translate business processes into robust, secure, and maintainable systems. Day-to-day activities include conducting technical discovery and consulting sessions, reviewing and guiding software development efforts, ensuring successful integration between systems and services, and overseeing architecture governance and best practices. The role also involves mentoring engineering teams, contributing to delivery roadmaps, and supporting pre-sales or proposal work with clear solution designs and effort estimates.

Qualifications

• Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems across web, mobile, and enterprise environments.
• Consulting experience in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, advising on tech strategy, and aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Hands-on Software Development background using modern languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms, with the ability to guide implementation teams.
• Integration expertise in APIs, microservices, third-party platforms, and data flows to ensure reliable communication between distributed systems.
• Business Process understanding, with the ability to model workflows, optimize operations, and translate processes into effective technical designs.
• Experience with cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in designing solutions for industries such as Fintech, Health & Biotech, Green Tech, or Social Impact is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, hybrid teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in architecture or cloud platforms are a plus.
