Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Manage operations, stability, and incident resolution for Public/Private Cloud and hosted web applications.
- Support technical aspects of deployments, upgrades, and customizations across platforms.
- Conduct performance validation, monitoring, and regression testing of deployed solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for solution-related incidents and OEM integrations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer Linux/Windows environments, web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat), and relational databases.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS), containers (Kubernetes), and scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
- Oversee solution change management including patching and upgrades.
- Implement continuous improvement across deployment processes and environment stability.
