Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Support full stack of public/private cloud and hosted web applications.
- Assist with platform solution deployments, monitoring, incident resolution, and upgrades.
- Implement performance validation, regression testing, and solution change management.
- Provide L2/L3 support for solution incidents and OEMs related to databases and platform technologies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer RedHat Linux, web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache), and databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Manage LDAP, multi-platform OS environments (Windows/Linux), and network configurations.
- Script with PowerShell, PERL, Python, or UNIX Shell for task automation.
- Work with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and ensure operational efficiency across solutions.
