Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-centric and technically strong Solutions Consultant to support our growth across financial institutions, fintechs, and digital platforms. This role bridges business and technology—working closely with clients to understand their onboarding, compliance, and fraud prevention challenges, and translating these into tailored eKYC, KYB, and AML solutions.

You will play a critical role across the full sales lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to POC execution and post-sales implementation—ensuring successful customer outcomes and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage clients (banks, fintechs, payments, crypto) to understand onboarding, fraud, and compliance needs, and design tailored eKYC, KYB, and AML solutions.
  • Lead product demos and clearly articulate business value (conversion, fraud prevention, compliance).
  • Own POCs end-to-end: define scope, support integration/testing, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Support RFPs/RFIs with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, security).
  • Advise on solution architecture, API integration, and best practices.
  • Partner with Sales to address technical needs and drive deal closure.
  • Lead post-sales implementation to ensure smooth go-live and customer success.

Job Qualifications

  • 4–8 years in pre-sales / solutions consulting (fintech, SaaS, or financial services).
  • Experience in eKYC, KYB, AML, fraud, or digital onboarding is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of KYC/AML regulations and fraud trends.
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
