Job Summary
- Bridging the gap between business needs and technology product solutions by providing deeper analysis and coming up with necessary requirement
- Support in solution design, work closely with other technology counterparts (architects) and align with strategic solutions
- Develop test cases, test data and assist in all form of testing (functional, regression, stress and performance)
- Where applicable for larger transformations / decommissions – support in arriving at proper migration strategy documents including planning necessary dress rehearsal cycles and coordinate with stake holders
- Where applicable - build necessary training documents and cross train peoples
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Technology Bridging
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment.
2. Solution Design Support
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to design solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Validate feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance
- Develop test cases and test data for functional, regression, stress, and performance testing.
- Assist in executing and validating test results to ensure solution quality.
4. Migration and Transformation Support
- For large-scale transformations or system decommissions, contribute to migration strategy documentation.
- Plan and coordinate dress rehearsal cycles and stakeholder engagement.
5. Training and Knowledge Transfer
- Create training materials and conduct cross-training sessions for team members and end-users.
6. Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, design, testing, and migration processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- At least 7 years of professional experience in driving business/technical requirements in the banking, financial technology or consulting industry
- Experience in Avaloq and its functional modules
- Understanding of wealth and trust domain is essential
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
Knowledge Area
- Understanding of core business processes and products in the banking industry.
- Exposure to at least one of the following areas:
- Private Banking & Wealth Management: Client lifecycle management, advisory platforms, portfolio management, risk profiling, KYC/AML and regulatory compliance tools
- Trusts and Asset Management: Fund Operations, client reporting, portfolio management, compliance and risk tool
- Securities Trading and Treasury: Front to back trading workflows, core systems integration, risk and regulatory projects.
