NxtGen AI is looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to own technical standards, guide cloud and AI system design, and ensure engineering quality across our internal product and client engagements. 8+ years of experience in software architecture or senior engineering roles; hands-on AI/GenAI experience a differentiating factor.
- Code Review & Engineering Standards Owns PR review and check-in approval; establishes and enforces coding standards, branch policies, and review processes across all projects
- Cloud Architecture AWS required (ECS/Fargate, RDS, Lambda, Terraform, CI/CD); Azure experience a plus
- AI/GenAI Systems Experience architecting agentic and NL2SQL systems; translates framework and model choices into production-ready designs
- Security & Compliance SOC2 readiness, DevSecOps practices, secrets management, access controls, and infrastructure security review
- Data Engineering ETL pipeline design and medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold); experience optimizing data models and pipelines to support NL2SQL and conversational analytics systems.
