In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing product quality and team collaboration as part of a rapidly growing AI SaaS company. Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, usability, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve defects.
- Provide clear bug reports, including steps to reproduce and expected vs. actual results.
- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between development, product, and business teams to ensure quality goals are met.
- Mentor junior QA team members.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Engineer in a professional software development environment.
- Proven experience in creating and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with bug-tracking systems (e.g., Xray, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., Qase, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Proficiency in testing web and/or mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
