Job Description

What you'll be doing

  1. Offering comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for Apple hardware and software products
  2. Assisting customers with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Apple devices and applications
  3. Providing guidance and training to customers on the optimal use of Apple products and software
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest Apple technologies, features, and best practices
  5. Collaborating with the broader technical team to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution
  6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and support provided

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Apple products and software
  2. Strong knowledge of Apple's operating systems, applications, and hardware configurations
  3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
  4. A passion for technology and a continuous desire to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
