As a Software Quality Analyst, you will be working closely with the Software Development and Analyst Teams in ensuring the products delivered meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. As a QA member, your main responsibility is to create and execute test cases through manual and automated testing. Aside from reporting bugs and defects, you should have the initiative to actively provide feedback and suggestions that will help improve the product deliverables of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, create and execute test suites, scenarios and cases to meet test objectives
- Report and keep track of bugs and defects detected and actively work with other team members in resolving these issues
- Actively provide feedback and suggestions to improve the products
- Participate in improving and automating regression tests for test efficiency
- Participate in QA initiatives such as tool evaluation and process improvement
- Manual and automated testing with focus on Competent and Systems Integration Testing
- Perform Functional, System, Load / Performance and API / Web Service testing
- Database testing in NoSQL and Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procs, jobs and triggers
Qualifications
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems or any other computer-related course
- At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum Methodology
- Experience in using any of the following test automation tools is an advantage: Selenium, JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler and Visual Studio
- Technically proficient in any of the following programming language is an advantage: C#, .NET or JAVA
- Innately curious on how things work
- Able to express own self to justify and explain with confidence, items needing resolution
- Personable and must be a team player, but also comfortable working independently
- Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
