We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead development teams, oversee projects, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and lead 13 software development teams
- Oversee end-to-end software development (design, build, testing, deployment)
- Plan projects, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and tech leaders
- Drive process improvements and support technology strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 710 years of experience in software development or tech consulting
- 35 years of experience managing teams or projects
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with .NET, Java, and system design is a plus
