Role Overview
This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, system design, and engineering excellence across AI-driven platforms.
The Technical Project Lead will combine strong coding expertise with team leadership, ensuring scalable architecture, high code quality, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of products and platform features
- Design scalable backend, frontend, and AI-driven system architectures
- Actively contribute to hands-on coding (Python, FastAPI) and critical feature development
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Manage and mentor a team of up to 5 engineers
- Break down product requirements into technical tasks and execution plans
- Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud-native deployments
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and business stakeholders
- Promote adoption of AI, LLM pipelines, and automation in engineering workflows
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on backend development expertise with Python and FastAPI
- Experience in system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
- Proven experience managing or mentoring small engineering teams (up to 5 members)
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud-native development
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems, LLM integrations, and data pipelines
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
