Location: Philippines Hybrid (Makati office once a month)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (not full-time)

Salary range: 75000 PHP - 122000 PHP

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking Software Engineers who are passionate about building high-quality software and contributing to impactful AI projects. You will collaborate with a talented team in a hybrid work environment, coding primarily in Typescript and React, and using project management tools like Linear.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software projects meeting quality standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define specifications, objectives, and timelines.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Typescript and React.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Linear) to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve technical skills.
• Stay updated with software development trends and best practices.
• Occasionally visit the office for team meetings and collaborative sessions.

Requirements:

• 35 years of software development experience.
• Strong foundation in Typescript and React.
• Understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills in a hybrid working environment.
• Continuous learner open to feedback and professional growth.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with design tools like Figma.
• Knowledge of Python.
