Software Engineer (MongoDB & IBM Db2)

• Proven experience in maintaining, reviewing, and correcting data records
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and IBM Db2 databases

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology or any IT-related course
• At least 3 years of experience working with MongoDB and/or IBM Db2
• Strong ability to develop scripts for automation
• Knowledge of Databricks and GCP / BigQuery is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Willing to work in a 24x7 shifting schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with and communicating to onshore stakeholders

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, review, and correct data records across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
• Work with MongoDB and IBM Db2 to validate datasets, resolve discrepancies, and support system updates
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline data processing, validation, and system maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements, business rules, and technical needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues, providing accurate and validated data to support fixes and enhancements
• Document data management and validation processes, maintain audit trails, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support business users by reviewing and assisting with Jira and Case Management tickets
