Job Summary: The Software Engineer is responsible for researching, developing, and integrating new products, services, or processes into existing systems, specifically focused on analytics.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Innovation and Development
- Develop and implement initiatives backed up by research and data.
- Research emerging technology and discover ways of integrating into existing systems or new implementation.
- Implement innovative ways of gathering data through unconventional sources.
- Provide support to business units by implementing systems, apps, or scripts
- Automation
- Develop, and maintain, APIs to further help. Develop, maintain, enhance, and document
- Campaign process and Contact Policy to ensure streamlined delivery of campaigns. Streamline campaign communication via digital channels for both Portfolio Actions and Usage Campaigns .
- Ensure that monitoring for key performance drivers for campaigns are in place.
- Drive continuous business-critical campaigns implementation.
