About the Role
We are looking for Software Engineers to join a new project focused on developing an automated Employee Benefits Management Platform.
The platform will centralize and automate the calculation, tracking, management, and accounting of employee benefits across the organization. The successful candidates will play an important role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining solutions that improve the efficiency and accuracy of employee benefits processes.
This role is ideal for software developers with a strong foundation in Microsoft SQL Server, database development, and web technologies, as well as experience developing payroll or employee benefits-related tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications for the Employee Benefits Management Platform.
- Design and implement features that automate employee benefits calculations and related processes.
- Develop and maintain databases, queries, stored procedures, and other database components using MS SQL Server.
- Build and integrate web applications and APIs using .NET Core, Web API, and C#.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Perform software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Support the integration of employee benefits data with payroll and accounting processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation.
- Work independently while taking ownership of assigned development tasks and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members when needed.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in an Information Technology environment, specializing in Software Development.
- Proficient experience with MS SQL Server, database development, and programming.
- Strong technical knowledge of:

- Experience developing payroll systems, payroll tools, or employee benefits-related applications, particularly those involving automated benefits calculations.

- Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects or development tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing applications related to payroll, employee benefits, HR systems, or accounting systems.
