Software Developer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• At least 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development

• At least 2+ years of experience in Python-based backend development

• Proven experience building and deploying web applications end-to-end

• Experience working with SQL databases and data processing pipelines

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React JS

• Experience with API development/integration and backend services

• Exposure to GenAI / LLM application development, preferably using LangChain and/or

LangGraph

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

EXPERIENCE

Core Technical Skills:

• Python - Strong coding proficiency in Python for backend services, data processing, and

application logic SQL - Ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with

relational databases LangChain / LangGraph - Hands-on experience building LLM-powered

workflows, agent-based orchestration, or RAG-style applications

• React JS - Experience developing responsive and user-friendly frontend applications

• Backend Development - Experience building and maintaining APIs, Function Apps, ETL / data

pipelines

Development and Integration:

• Experience integrating frontend and backend components into a working application

• Understanding of application architecture, modular design, and reusable components

• Experience with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

Enterprise Delivery Skills:

• Ability to work in a structured delivery setup with defined timelines and requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Azure experience

• Azure OpenAI / AI application development

• RAG / LLM application experience

• Banking or financial services background

• Experience with secure and enterprise-grade application development
