Job Summary
Lead development teams to design, build, and optimize operational portals while ensuring strong UI/UX alignment and efficient CI/CD practices. Translate business needs into technical tasks and manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
Job Responsibilities
1. Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality general operations portals.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Lead the UI/UX designs to ensure seamless user experience and alignment between design and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
2. Project Management
- Lead cross-functional development teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support release planning, version control strategies, and deployment schedules.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and team alignments.
- Identify project risks, challenges, and roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience as a Software Developer (full stack, back-end, or front-end)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical work with project coordination and facilitation.
