Social Worker

The Medical City South Luzon is searching for an experienced Social Worker to join the team and acts as a liaison between charity patients, their families, the healthcare team, and external support systems. Ensures that financially challenged patients have access to appropriate care, charity assistance, and social support services, while advocating for patients rights and helping them navigate financial, psychosocial, and community resources.

This role reports directly to the Medical Services Group department.

Who Are We Looking For

An effective Social Worker must possess the following skills:

• Asset Management: complies with all policies, processes, ethical standards, and all other guidelines set by the company regarding proper asset and resource management consistently.
• Excellent Customer Service: exemplifies Patient Partnership philosophy at all stages and phases of the patient journey, including timely and appropriate response to complaints.
• Operational Excellence: Conducting interviews, explaining coverage and processes/ validates applications and requirements for the incumbent program.

Ideally, a candidate must be a graduate of BS Social Work with PRC License (RSW), preferably with work experience.
