JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
1 - 3 years related experience in social media
With experience how to use Photo Editor and Excel
With experience in social media or digital Marketing is an advantage
With experience in gaming company is an advantage.
Amendable to work onsite in BGC Taguig.
Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and monitor Facebook, Viber, Telegram, and WhatsApp accounts and communities.
Publish and post content and keep all channels active.
Respond to all customer inquiries and follow up on issues promptly.
Monitor followers, engagement, and inquiries, and prepare simple reports.
Collect and review customer feedback and report urgent or unusual issues.
