Job Description:
1. Develop & Execute Strategy: Plan and implement effective, data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals and trends across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Youtube.
2. Content Creation & Design: Create engaging posts, captions, and visual content using Adobe Photoshop; must have strong design skills and a good eye for aesthetics.
3. Content Planning & Scheduling: Build and manage monthly content calendars; schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
4. Performance Analysis: Track metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions using analytics tools; generate reports and optimize strategies based on performance data.
5. Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns, and stay updated with the latest platform updates and best practices.
Job Requirements:
1. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute results-driven social media strategies tailored to different platforms and audiences.
2. Graphic Design: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (bonus if experienced with Illustrator or Canva); strong sense of visual branding and layout.
3. Content Writing: Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions, headlines, and CTAs.
4. Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Youtube.
5. Analytics & Tools: Experience with content scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or other similar platforms).
