Job Description

We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and visually skilled Social Media Strategist to lead our online presence in the real estate media industry. The ideal candidate will design and execute social strategies that highlight our photography, videography, and creative services connecting with realtors and building brand awareness across platforms.

You'll be responsible for crafting strategy, managing content production, and ensuring that every post reflects strong visual storytelling, brand consistency, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Plan and maintain monthly content calendars to promote photo/video services and client success stories.
  • Research market trends, audiences, and competitors to guide campaign direction.
  • Define KPIs and optimize strategies based on engagement and performance data.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create and oversee visually engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Design static posts, Reels, and stories that showcase property visuals and media projects.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to repurpose real estate media for social use.
  • Write compelling captions and ensure all content aligns with brand tone and visual identity.

Community & Growth

  • Manage posting, engagement, and community interaction daily.
  • Build relationships with clients, realtors, and followers through authentic engagement.
  • Explore influencer or partnership opportunities within the real estate space.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
  • Generate reports on engagement, reach, and conversions with actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve strategies for growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or Manager (preferably in real estate, creative, or marketing industries).
  • Experience with graphic design tools is a must proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Illustrator required.
  • Proven ability to grow and manage brand presence on multiple social platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
  • Data-driven mindset with creative flair.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher).
