Education and Training

- Proficiency in major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
- Campaign development and execution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community management
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr is a plus, but not required.
- Willing to work onsite and on a fixed night shift (9:00 PM 6:00 AM, Philippine time).
