About the Role

Peak Outsourcing is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to support both brand and recruitment marketing efforts across multiple social media pages and platforms. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the Recruitment, Marketing, and Design teams to deliver compelling, consistent content that builds engagement, attracts talent, and supports lead generation.

You'll manage a 3-month rolling content calendar, create compelling content, and help grow our digital presence with a strong focus on both employer brand and external brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Oversee day-to-day social media operations across multiple brand and recruitment pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a 3-month rolling content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing and Recruitment teams
  • Increase audience engagement and grow followers across all platforms
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, visual guidelines, and social trends

Recruitment Support (External Talent-Facing)

  • Coordinate closely with the Recruitment team to ensure job ads, hiring events, and recruitment-related initiatives are promoted on time
  • Attend in-office content days to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content for use on recruitment channels
  • Support development of employer brand content including employee features, testimonials, and internal culture moments
  • Ensure recruitment campaigns are consistent with overall brand standards while tailored to local talent markets

Brand Support (Client-Facing / Lead Gen & Awareness)

  • Develop content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation across platforms
  • Create engaging posts that highlight service offerings, company updates, client stories, and educational content
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership to align social output with campaigns, brand positioning, and sales initiatives

Content Development

  • Write captions, headlines, scripts, and calls-to-action tailored to each platform and audience
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to bring visuals to life clearly communicating creative intent and vision
  • Occasionally create and edit static or video content directly (e.g. reels, TikToks, Canva graphics) when needed

Reporting & Optimization

  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across brand and recruitment pages
  • Work closely with Marketing and Recruitment to analyze metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategy to improve ROI
  • Suggest content and campaign optimizations based on performance data

Ad + Performance Support

  • Assist in scheduling, boosting, and tracking organic and paid posts
  • Coordinate creative and targeting strategy with internal teams to meet campaign goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 23 years of social media experience, ideally across both recruitment marketing and brand-level B2B content
  • Comfortable managing multiple pages and adapting content to different goals and audiences
  • Strong copywriting and creative communication skills
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Business tools
  • Experience using Canva or other creative tools; video editing is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, follow a content calendar, and work independently
  • Collaborative and confident in upholding brand standards across teams
