Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

• Develop social media marketing campaigns and strategies
• Plan, produce and publish social media content for Genie Product Concepts Manufacturing and its affiliated brands in forms of text and image-based posts, short, long and live videos.
• Use analytics tools to track content performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement
• Respond to messages, comments and engage with the online community to foster a positive brand presence
• Develop and maintain a structured content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic scheduling that aligns with our marketing goals
• Optimize landing pages and content to improve organic search rankings
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and monitoring results
• Collaborate with the internal and external marketing team to deliver projects
• Ensures copy aligns with visual elements by working closely with brand and design teams during the content creation process

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years in in social media management, content creation, or a related field with a A knack for storytelling, engaging captions, and high-quality visuals.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content scheduling tools and basic design tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C type of products and services is an advantage
• Proficient in on-camera communication with a natural, engaging presence
• Preferably experienced in paid social media advertising or influencer collaborations
