We're looking for an experienced and energetic Social Media Content Strategist who can partner with a diverse team of highly skilled digital marketing and functional experts to help bring us beyond toward our insatiable brand ambitions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing holistic social strategy of owned, paid, and earned socials to ensure a complete brand presence and consistency in brand personality across social channels.
- A strong understanding of building and maintaining a relevant cultural content calendar and ability to react quickly to trends and key calendar moments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of both paid and organic social media led campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with internal and agency partners.
- Managing social partners for campaign goal execution, including all growth opportunities across engagement, retention and conversion.
- Coordinating internally with different projects to arrange deliverables among vendors on short lead times.
- Working with Data, Content, Marketing, Communications, and Legal in optimizing daily organic and paid post performance to hit KPIs and maintain compliance of the content strategy and brand guidelines.
- Organizing brainstorming sessions between social team and cross-functional teams to develop detailed plan of social amplification strategy and creative ideas.
- Managing marketing intelligence tools for influencer/social account resources assessment.
- Collect and analyze social and creator data to increase relevance, engagement, acquisition and usage.
- Manage social listening tools for sentiment and social engagement monitoring and optimization.
- Continuing to develop internal data tracking tool, user persona analysis, content source dashboard, etc. with product and data teams to improve the proficiency of social projects.
- Analyzing daily performance data to figure out tactics in optimizing post-performance combining qualitative and quantitative.
- Supporting teams in data insights and campaign element setup using internal tools.
- Supporting in global initiatives to promote other products.
- Work with Digital Marketing to elevate the best of DITO seen through the eyes of the digital Telecommunity.
- Produce campaign post-mortems working closely with the DITO analytics/insights teams to uncover insights to inform future initiatives.
- Monitor the market to understand both consumer and competitor behavior including the overall DITO sentiment coming from users, brands, partners, creators, and the wider market - sharing feedback with the relevant business leads.
- Support the delivery of global marketing and brand strategies in-market, to include events, strategic brand partnerships and strategic business partnerships.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative results sourced from internal teams and external partners to message success to partners and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in managing sizable social media accounts for consumer-facing brands.
- Detail oriented and with strong analytical skills, and a desire and ability to be super reactive, responsive and proactive.
- Experience in managing media, creative, and digital agencies.
- Deep understanding of social communities, engagement tactics and metrics and social marketing.
- Familiar with telco brand community and shows a deep understanding of the content ecosystem.
- Strong influencer marketing background in both driving brand and conversion goals and understanding of building, curating and managing influencer campaigns.
- Ability to generate creative briefs, manage creative delivery, optimisation and reporting.
- Great communication skills and will be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding in mobile internet and the competitive landscape of DITO.
- Experience in devising, creating, executing, and tracking consumer paid advertising campaigns to drive key brand metrics is essential.
- Experience in advertising agencies and start ups will be a plus.
