Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing content across social platforms, planning and executing campaigns, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics. The role also involves staying on top of platform trends, supporting paid and organic growth efforts, collaborating on creative content, and helping ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.

Qualifications

Expertise in Social Media Management and Platform-specific Content Creation

Skills in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Multiformat Content Production

Experience in Social Media Strategy and Campaign Execution

Ability to Analyse Metrics and Adjust Strategies for Stronger Performance

Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

Knowledge of emerging social media trends and platform best practices

Experience with community management and audience engagement

Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Enthusiasm for creative thinking, storytelling, and startup environments
