The Role
We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to manage our social media, create original content, and build community.
We're not looking for a tools operator. We're looking for creative vision, fast execution, and a drive to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Create visual content and copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta
- Design reels, stories, and graphic pieces that generate engagement
- Manage editorial calendar and publish consistently
- Respond to comments and build organic community
- Analyze basic metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and adjust strategy
- Collaborate with the team to translate technical ideas into understandable content
Requirements
- Real portfolio: show us what you've done (managed accounts, created content, results)
- Ability to create content from scratch: design, copy, videos for different platforms, AI video editing
- Knowledge of tools: Nano banana, Vo3, Synthesia or similar, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite (or similar)
- English copywriting
- Visual judgment: you know what works and what doesn't on each social network
- Proactivity: you don't wait for instructions, you propose ideas
Nice to Have
- Experience in tech companies, SaaS, or digital agencies
- Video editing skills
- Knowledge of social media trends (audio, formats, algorithms)
