This role blends social media management, graphic design, production coordination, and email marketing to boost recruitment campaigns and drive sign-ups for Project 100Kour national mission to equip 100,000 Filipinos with free AI certification.

In this role, your mission is to:
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage comments, DMs, and inquiries to support candidate conversions
- Track performance: reach, engagement, views, UTM traffic, and conversions
- Maintain a weekly recruitment-focused content calendar
- Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm shifts
Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Design job tiles, carousels, thumbnails, referral promos, and campaign visuals
- Build and maintain design templates for faster turnarounds
- Ensure all creatives follow GoTeam's employer brand identity
- Create basic video overlays, text animations, and simple edits
Email Campaign Management
- Build and execute candidate-focused email campaigns including:
- Project 100K session invites
- Job role promotions
- Nurturing and follow-up sequences
- Segment audience lists for targeted messaging
- Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and sign-ups
- Drive Project 100K registrations and attendance as a core KPI
Production Coordination
- Coordinate scripts, assets, and schedules for daily content output
- Work closely with the Videographer & Editor for shoot planning
- Maintain organized content folders, asset libraries, and tracking sheets
- Support ambassador scheduling, Zoom Job Ads, and recruitment campaigns
- Collaborate across TA, L&D, and Marketing for aligned outputs
Content Optimization & Insights
- Analyze performance and recommend improvements to hooks, formats, and CTAs
- Repurpose top-performing content across platforms
- Suggest trending concepts from TikTok, IG Reels, and short-form best practices
This Role Is for You If...
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design (portfolio required)
- Skilled in Canva or Figma (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
- Knowledge of short-form content trends and best practices
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Descript, Canva Video)
- Strong organization, communication, and coordination skills
- Preferred: background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
