Who We AreAt Whole Heart Publishing, we create romance stories that uplift women and celebrate real connections. Our goal is to share inspiring books worldwide. We need someone organized and creative to manage 20 social media accounts for our authors.
What You'll DoAs our Social Media Manager, you'll handle 20 unique author accounts on platforms like Facebook, posting 5-10 times per month per account. Each post must follow the author's brand guidelines for a distinct voice. Your main tasks:
- Create and Schedule Posts: Develop engaging content tailored to each author's brand, including promotions, reader interactions, and romance-themed updates.
- Maintain Uniqueness: Ensure every account reflects its author's unique style and guidelines while aligning with our uplifting mission.
- Engage Communities: Respond to comments and messages to build loyal followings.
- Track Performance: Monitor engagement and report on what works to improve strategies.
- Collaborate: Work with authors and teams for content ideas and approvals.
