About the client: The Ortus Club

The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.

Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. The Role

The Ortus Club is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to represent our company and build our brand's social media presence. As Social Media Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and create initiatives that engage our target audience and manage our online community.

Responsibilities:

• Run social media advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
• Develop high-quality written and visual content for campaigns
• Manage online communities to ensure professional and appropriate engagement
• Contribute to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire new customers
• Keep an eye on social media trends and regularly propose new initiatives
• Ensure that messages and marketing are aligned with brand and company values
• Manage an intern that will assist with social media and website tasks

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of social media marketing experience
• Experience in creating social media strategies, especially for LinkedIn
• Fluency in English with impeccable grammar and writing skills
• Understanding of graphic design and video creation principles
• Incredible work ethic and enthusiasm
• Self-motivated and client-focused
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
