Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mexico for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee and develop content strategies, manage social media campaigns, and ensure effective social media optimization (SMO) to enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams, and staying updated with social media trends to drive impactful online presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and related tools
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing to create engaging content and interact with diverse audiences
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies to meet business goals
• Knowledge of analytics platforms to track performance and optimize engagement
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple platforms and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with global and local social media trends; prior experience with construction or related industries is a plus
