Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across all major social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail or trading, who can translate business goals into strategic, trend-driven, and results-oriented social media campaigns.

The Social Media Manager will work closely with and directly report to the Company Owner, playing a key role in shaping brand voice, online visibility, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic social media marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives
  • Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and oversee engaging content calendars, campaigns, and initiatives tailored to the electronics and gadgets retail market
  • Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices, and proactively recommend new ideas
  • Launch creative promotions, product launches, and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
  • Analyze performance metrics and insights, and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate closely with the Company Owner on marketing direction, branding, and campaign approvals
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external partners (designers, influencers, agencies, etc.) when needed
  • Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Experience working in a retail or trading industry (electronics, gadgets, or consumer products preferred)
  • Strong background in strategic marketing planning, with the ability to present ready, actionable ideas and initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to stay updated with social media and digital marketing trends
  • Experience creating and executing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, or sales
  • Has experience working closely with or directly reporting to a company owner or top management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Highly proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media insights and analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with a good balance of strategy and execution.
