Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Proven ability to create engaging content (copy, images, short-form video)
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting (KPIs, engagement rates, reach, conversions)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running paid social media campaigns and boosting posts
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Experience in community management, responding to comments and messages professionally
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, design, sales)

Job Requirements
