This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Calapan. The Social Media Manager will oversee the agency's social media presence, develop and implement effective strategies, and optimize social media platforms. Responsibilities include creating and managing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with the overall brand goals and messaging. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and communication is also integral to this role.

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Exceptional Communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills to monitor and interpret social media performance metrics
• Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
