The agency partners with purpose-led brands, nonprofits, and companies to build meaningful connections with their audiences through impactful narratives, media engagement, and strategic digital marketing.

They are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of social media initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engage communities, and support integrated PR and marketing campaigns.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, managing content calendars, and driving audience engagement.

This role requires a creative storyteller with strong digital marketing expertise who can translate brand messaging into compelling and engaging social media content.

The ideal candidate has experience managing social media for agencies or brands, understands emerging digital trends, and can balance creative execution with data-driven performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with broader marketing and PR campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day activity across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok
  • Plan, maintain, and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Create engaging social content including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form video concepts
  • Monitor and manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions
  • Support the amplification of campaigns, announcements, and brand storytelling initiatives
  • Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations and digital partnerships
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
  • Prepare performance reports and campaign summaries for internal teams and clients

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and emerging trends
  • Experience managing brand or agency social media accounts
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills


  • Experience working with purpose-driven brands, nonprofits, or advocacy campaigns
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and digital partnerships
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of paid social media campaigns and analytics
