Content - Content Development Representative - CL-11 About the Role
Our client is a leading global social media platform. They sell ad packages to brands (and the agencies that represent them) – each package is a customized blend of ad products to suit the client's objectives and needs. Once a package is sold to the brands, the client needs help to coordinate and project manage the collection of key assets from our clients to produce these packages, and coordinating the creation of these packages on time. The key metrics of success would be to ensure that all ad packages are launched on time with no delays and with good feedback from the advertising clients.
We are looking for a Content Project Manager to lead and execute content initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, external agencies, and clients. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee content production for clients. You will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality content delivery that aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Oversee content projects from ideation to execution, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Orchestrate internal cross-functional (xFn) teams, external agencies, and clients to create engaging content for TikTok campaigns.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact between creative, marketing, and client teams to streamline workflows.
• Content Production Oversight: Manage content calendars, track project progress, and ensure assets meet brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in content production and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in content management, marketing, or project management (CL11, flex to CL10)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (client-facing)
• Familiarity with TikTok ad products and for the platform (or other social media platforms)
• Experience using project management tools
Language Requirements
• English (communicate with team and TikTok clients)
Notes
• At least 4 days/week working in the office (client site) with optional 1 day/week WFH
• Regular working hours for PH
• May need go to Tokyo-based event perhaps to meet brands
• Candidate should have Digital Marketing experience, Project Management skills and good communication skills / confidence to speak to the clients
