We are looking for a person who is passionate about collectively overcoming the complex challenges of the hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem, while learning fast and having fun, to join us as a
Social Media Manager.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day handling of the Companys social media account and or any other that may be assigned
- Develop, edit and publish engaging and creative social media contents daily
- Coordinate with Graphics Team for the creation of visual contents
- Research consistently on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
- Communicate with followers by responding to comments or queries
- Collaborate and align with other key departments for product and campaign promotions
- Generates reports, analyze consumer behaviors (social media performance, web traffic, rankings, conversion rate, ad performance, etc), and provide recommendations on next steps
- Assists the Marketing Department with its daily tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing
- Relevant work experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, and affiliate marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and results-oriented
- Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads is a big plus
- Also open to fresh graduates with great energy and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing
- Hands-on experience in content management
